Protect yourself from negative vibrations; they are a hindrance to these meetings. Cultivate serenity as much as possible; it is your key to a subtle world where, according to the needs, the means of access to the various levels of consciousness are organised. As you can see, our contacts are more refined. They take place on other wavelengths that allow a more sophisticated approach. The reader may not be aware of these nuances, but your inner self is. It takes time for the mechanism, in such a situation, to become as powerful as it is now.
