Seeing only the good in everything facilitates life as a whole, though it is not always easy to achieve. Ordeals are sometimes hard to bear. All of us here have experienced this, and we are well placed to understand our abhyasis in all the manifestations of life, where we have not been spared either. Following a spiritual path with conviction and genuine commitment secures a space of peace where nothing can interfere. Each person, in his or her own way, manages the rules imposed by life. It is not easy to adapt and to set aside the necessary time for this kind of approach.
