Everything on Earth is being established from the point of view of a planned evolution. Times are becoming conducive to this mutation that requires significant changes. Are human beings ready to follow this movement? How could they? Caught in their habits of life, they are afraid, above all, to question themselves in the many aspects of their personalities. People commonly do not see the need for these changes; even if they can no longer bear the current world, they cling to what they have, without any further requirements.

"A new cycle is dawning; it is taking shape in the vibratory foundations of this world of materiality. The facts are inescapable; no powerful man on Earth has a say in the matter regarding these circumstances that depend on higher authorities in charge of a universal balance.

"No disruptive element can ever remain for a long time on the margins of normality, especially when it stands out in an alarming way. In this vast system, there are rules that have been laid down; if they are not respected, there is the risk that they will sweep away whatever infringes upon them. Humanity must be cleansed, in all possible ways; man himself is associated with this situation, as he does not respect anything that nature generously offers.

"May all our brothers become aware of the situation and comply by respecting life in all its forms and standing together in the spirit of creation. The human being has no superiority over anything whatsoever, let alone over their fellow creatures."
