Rise above the turbulences. Every day you must make this effort to leave behind your usual worries. Our contact is a solace to your heart; it literally melts under the effects of the grace that opens the channels connecting it to ours. All is calming down in you on these blessed shores where noble souls come to drink. Humans need this speech; many are subjected to suffering and seek distractions to overcome it.

"They are like big children that need to be reassured. Whether they are conscious of it or not, all keep in them a deep-rooted fear that came down through the ages. Being far away from their true homeland, they feel an emptiness; sooner or later the need will be felt to fill it. To find one's way is a blessing, and we are delighted when this way is ours. To win hearts is a rare privilege, one that is given to our way in these troubled times to advance in this conquest, in the service of the divine powers.

"Divested of useless aspects, our way proposes in its simplicity a means of rising, without wasting time taking circuitous routes. Aspiration for the Divine is growing in this world; whether it is expressed or not, its action is applied in the hearts, awaiting the opportunity for a true encounter.

"We must let things take their course and let this Power act. It operates at its own pace and prepares the ground for an abundant and fruitful harvest. Let us continue in this direction in the service of all."

Thus is life on this Earth: one has to find a right balance between the spiritual and material [aspects], even if the latter weighs heavily at an advanced stage of one's existence. Until the end, one has to fight and to cope as well as possible. Only a moment of escape, towards more luxuriant shores haloed with peace and love, makes it possible for the mystic to keep in himself the necessary energy to face up to turbulences. Nothing is ever acquired definitively; this series of new beginnings characterises the laws of life, wherever it may take place.

"The divine principle is the driving force. This renewing force is precisely contained in changes, the driving force for any creative expression.

"Man struggles to adapt to changes; he accepts them to some extent, when they do not shake up his habits too much. He seeks safety and stability, yet he can lose in one moment anything considered as his most invaluable possessions in this material world. In these circumstances, his only recourse is the fruit of his spiritual quest and the prospects it opens up for him. It seems that all is made to detach him from useless aspects and to make him understand how everything in this world is so illusory, except for the divine power that leads beings towards their higher destiny – for all eternity.

"It is not easy to acquire unfailing wisdom. Even the best prepared sometimes fall back into their old ways, letting themselves go, doubting themselves and all else in the face of ordeals. The hard struggle for life is dreadful. Happy are those

who believe in better days and who manage, come what may, to keep hope and faith."
