My child, all these struggles, these stones on your path, have not hardened your heart. It is moving that it remains confident and so freely offered.

"There is no resentment, only love expressed in the form of gratitude and dedication towards us, your Master and the Mission.

"Many of our aspirants follow this process. They see through its hardness the accomplishment of their destiny, and they advance trustful and surrendered. They have understood for a long time that only spirituality can open a door for them, thus compensating for their torments.

"By developing their personality like this, they progress on a way parallel to the hardness of the material and temporary world – temporary in relation to the duration of their incarnation.

"To interiorise oneself, to be united with God through one's spiritual Master, opens broad horizons allowing one to better find his bearings on this Earth. May all men one day understand the brevity of life in this world and ensure that they grow richer in values that cannot be measured in terms of a bank account or any material object.

"Everything can disappear in an instant, leaving them to face themselves in great moral destitution. To maintain nobler values in oneself is a desirable recourse for all.

"Let us work together towards this: the elevation of humanity towards another level of consciousness, thus establishing on Earth a true climate of

spirituality and bringing beings together rather than dividing them, as has been the case for too long a time."

These moments of contact are unique for your heart; a special vibration is conveyed through these messages, as we have already said. Many of our brothers and sisters truly enjoy them and know, for their greater benefit, how to get the most out of them. Is this not the purpose of this long and extraordinary saga! It will leave its mark on our Mission for a very long time, like other sacred texts that continue to leave a mark after so many centuries. We do not claim that our writings resemble theirs, but ours too are a very special blessing – one that is granted to this Mission of Sahaj Marg. Adapted to current times, the Mission will strengthen its action over the years to increasingly answer the call of beings who are in need. There are many of them, although they do not yet understand the real lack within themselves of an approach such as this; it responds to life today and, more so, to life tomorrow. “Everything will change in the future. Most men and women of today focus on false values that do not make them advance – quite the contrary. An approach such as ours responds to the call of the heart – a call that is not meaningless, as it clarifies the soul’s aspiration to rise. This elevation of the soul is not facilitated by material life with all its harshness and effects that are often harmful for overall balance. The human body is constantly undergoing such pervasive negativity, generated by ‘progress’ – or so it is called, even though it is negative in many respects. Such is this world in the current state of affairs. It is not our habit to dwell on these considerations, but from here, we can better see what is happening on Earth – more than can be seen from elsewhere – though we are unable to intervene at that level. May a better world be established at all levels here below. “Blessings to all.”
