The contact with the Masters is a delight for the heart, which is transported with joy. “Brothers and sisters who join us are well looked after – they can feel the presence of the Masters who watch over the destiny of this beautiful way of Sahaj Marg. The Mission is expanding worldwide. It will help humans more and more as they struggle with a material world that disturbs the subtle energies of the physical body and beyond. The practice proposed in this system provides a real benefit in balancing the body, and the harmonisation of the subtle bodies is significant for the well-being of each of our brothers and sisters. This practice of Sahaj Marg is more efficient than it seems, as we have said before. When our abhyasis leave this world, they are able to measure their progress and rejoice in it. Thus does the way of the heart operate – its apparent simplicity conceals its treasures. These treasures are fully revealed in the world of the Spirit where only the truth emerges, far from the continual illusion prevailing here below. Such are the laws; we are doing our best to help our brothers and sisters, and this commitment is bearing fruit. “It’s up to one and all to be committed as best they can.
