To take down these messages is no common event. It is normal, my child, to feel the need to be understood and supported. What you are doing cannot be done by all, even if it seems natural for you. Your perceptions, over the years, have been greatly refined through this daily practice whereby you devote your best to us.

"We have already said it: teachings of this kind that have marked humanity were given in this way, i.e. under inspiration. They carry the imprint of a wisdom adjusted to the spirit prevailing at that time. But that wisdom does not fail over centuries, unlike nice theories fabricated on Earth that try to understand the human being and remain derisory as far as the truth is concerned. Man relies on ideas or principles that are often swept away by time.

"Thousands of pages and theses were written on all topics; subjects were invented to cure men which turn out to be inaccurate or ineffective, depending on the case, because they do not correspond to the reality of the being. What builds man's true personality, in the extensions of his physical body, remains ignored by men.

"The new era, as it is called, will eliminate a certain number of misconceptions which are based on systems and major theories whose underlying principles are wrong. Man, to date, is not seen in his reality, and those who get a glimpse of it are not listened to.

We only consider your heart, my child; it can catch our attention with the love emanating from it and its perseverance in following us. These conditions facilitate a 'graduation exam' that opens the appropriate doors. The human being must face his own personality and accept it by coming to terms with it to get the best of it. All the facets which characterise it are not necessarily to the taste of the person concerned; but he can then act accordingly and mend his ways.

"The spiritual practice helps to have a clear understanding of oneself and irons out undesirable harsh qualities. When considered from that point of view, a fault can also become a good quality when it is well utilised. To know oneself well facilitates the work of adjustment on oneself when necessary. Otherwise, what would be the point in being reincarnated!

"The complexity of human nature is full of meaning; to discover in oneself the manifestations of the divine presence opens up luminous prospects. Henceforth, life can no longer be seen in the same light. All becomes clearer and takes on a truer orientation once its final outcome is well understood.

"This process opens up horizons for the person concerned. Life is no longer reduced to the limits of this life; he defines himself differently. He tries to understand, to define himself: where does he come from, where will he go! This reflection pushes him to act and to be more and more committed, as his motivations
