The call of your heart opens the door to this contact; for your heart it is first and foremost the means of making itself available without expecting anything else. It is available, attentive and does not ask for anything. It loves all while being offered for service; that's all, and we appreciate it. Such an attitude is necessarily noticed. Your body has undergone continuous ordeals which have moulded your soul according to our wishes.

"That is how love can manifest itself, as required. Being chosen does not mean enjoying happy days free of difficulty and tragedy; if you know the life of the Masters, of those who influenced humanity, you will realise what they underwent. Divine laws are not easily understood by man.

"'How can God allow this or that?' they often say. 'If He existed, this would not occur.' That is how they reason! One has to go a long way to realise that nothing is that simple. The divine plans remain a mystery for all; that is how it is. It is necessary to accept this and to advance in a state of utmost surrender and confidence. Only this frame of mind makes it possible to grow. Acceptance is the hallmark of the Saints. Their history shows it, and it is an example for those who wish to focus on it.

"Recriminations serve no purpose except to sink one more deeply into difficulties. Nobility of soul requires cultivating. This opportunity is granted to wise hearts every day. Many wise hearts are being dispersed across the world; this is a good thing. One should not despair of humanity; it already possesses the seeds of the future. Regain courage, my child, if you can. Let us proceed together for some more time; your ability to tune in to us is intact. There are sensitive hearts that will value the content of these messages.

"Man's heart conceals secrets which he himself does not know. Their subtle essence will be in tune with the essence of our comments. At first reading they can seem insignificant, but they are able to hit the sensitive point of their target. All these sentences are not strung together without reason. We must repeatedly come back to the same issues by addressing them in a slightly different way, as the human being needs these repetitions which are meant to arouse awakenings in him.

"Here, the satisfaction of the intellect is not the primary objective; it is the spiritual heart that is particularly targeted.
