The purpose of these messages is to touch the hearts of our brothers, and not to garner literature awards. It is important, also, to diversify the topics every day in order to attract their attention. Modern life stimulates the senses way too much, to the detriment of contemplation. It is good to act with this in mind, and not dwell too long on the same topic.

"Lengthy comments cannot draw the attention of most people. We must, while adjusting to today's world, see to it by proposing different subjects and, especially, those capable of raising their awareness.

"If one sentence manages to touch them, the objective is reached. Contemporary filmmakers understand it well: they design a scenario with short sequences, preferably varied. By so doing, they succeed in maintaining the interest of their audience.

"Holding the attention of our brothers is no small task; we must adapt to this situation and act accordingly. Solitude and asceticism are not within reach of the greatest number.

"Our way is making progress, in this confused beginning of a century, by trying to help the greatest number of these beings, many of whom are suffering – whether it shows or not. Life on Earth is accelerating; it is necessary to go always faster and further and surpass oneself in most areas. Spiritual life must offer a place of contemplation while adjusting to the realities of the times.

"It is sad to see these men and women grappling with the turmoil of this material world. We are trying to open up other perspectives for them. May the reading of one message per day, or more, in their sequential order, be within their reach and become a kind of ritual.

Regain serenity; as you know, the fullness is within you in this blessed place where the best is performed every day. You are the embodiment of rigour; steadfastness is necessary for these writings, and it is also required for the follow-up steps. These writings are important – we wish to emphasise it once again – and the future will prove the accuracy of these comments. We are vigilant on this point: discipline is required. Doesn’t everything have its raison d’être? “It is wise to comply with the [divine] laws – namely, those that do not deceive; it generates the best on Earth, where everything is increasingly adrift. This situation grieves us. What more can we do to help humans, and what are they doing themselves? Most of them are doing what they can, but nothing is ever simple here below where, more and more, the divine laws are circumvented. “May our abhyasis as a whole support one another for the greater good and consider the importance of the path on which they are progressing. Commitment is important, as it generates the best. Life takes care of teaching one lessons; this cannot change in an era of transition that is preparing for the future – a future that is more conducive to human evolution, in a vibratory context that is more in line with that which we are planning for the good of humanity. Blessed are all our brothers and sisters who are truly committed to this way – it is unique, by divine grace. May all be strengthened and enlightened as is fitting; we wish them the best.”
