Your body is as it is, but it serves you in spite of everything. There is nothing you can do about it, you only have to adapt to the circumstances. Isn't the main thing to succeed in doing what we expect of you? We linger on your case and you do not appreciate it, but sooner or later, each one will be able to recognise themselves in you; humans are equal in the face of physical and moral sufferings and the resulting feeling of helplessness.

"We expressed ourselves enough on the shortcomings of medicine and the incompetence of certain practitioners who deliver peremptory opinions which the suffering patient cannot easily accept.

"Medicine improves on its mistakes; it is advancing step by step by trying to address the problems that arise.

"The time will come when the veil will be raised on the great mystery of creation and the functioning of the human body.

"The current approach to it is basic, and, shall we say, derisory compared with reality!

"A great truth remains to be discovered, which will revolutionise the medical sector, for the greatest good of many patients.

"Patients will have to remain as such for a long time yet, as the time has not yet come for people to be enlightened on how they can be liberated/freed from suffering."

Do not let yourself be affected by the mood of your circle; remain well centred on your line of heart, that which goes straight and imperturbably. As you know, humans are changeable and sometimes disappointing; you cannot change anything about that. Bless them secretly and move on to something else. You are entering a new year; it depends on you to make it constructive, no matter what happens in the world and in the aspects concerning you. What matters is that you should not depart from what enlivens your days, on the spiritual level. Your steadfastness in effort and in repeated exercises, and your faithfulness towards us, give substance to a life centred on this beautiful and noble conquest which will not disappoint you. The beauty of a heart clears its way; here, no force is necessary, love alone allows everything to be obtained.

"In this moment, it bathes in bliss, leaving the miasmas of this world far behind. Take advantage of this day to honour particularly the Immutable, the sublime emanation of the Divine which touches with Its grace a soul which calls it.

"Rest assured, my child, one day, when the time has come, you will leave this vale of tears and your life will continue elsewhere, in more serene places, more in line with the purity you are longing for.

"Devote yourself completely to love, give it your best; make sure that your every breath becomes imbued with it.
