You see, there is no cause for fears. We can, this once, adapt ourselves to the circumstances and break with our habit. Time is an Earthly concept; you are recommended to conform to it, as it regulates your life. We are not 'bogey-men'. Time is important insofar as it is the basis of your development and gives you points of reference. What would you do without it? Your physical body has requirements which must be met, at the risk of it costing your health.

"This body must be respected; it is a precious tool, useful for what you have to do, being incarnate. Treat it gently; you have to have a well-regulated life. This balance contributes to your spiritual development. Do everything in your capacity for the true being residing in you to blossom – that which passes through a body of flesh and leads it to more clement places once the journey is successfully completed.

"If you are interested by these writings, it means that you have made some progress and that there is no limit to what you can hope for."

My daughter, be as light as the butterfly that leaves its chrysalis and rises into the air gracefully. Is it aware of its transformation? No, it cannot be. It all occurs without its knowledge and yet, it upgrades itself from its insignificant initial form to dazzling with beauty. Its colours dance in the light and it lives its life of a butterfly, fleeting but useful, at least in terms of its beauty since it can attract man's attention. As you can see, in creation everything evolves, it all changes and takes on different appearances. All are not as visible as in this insect; man does not pay attention to this clever work, which should deserve it nevertheless.

"Creation is extraordinarily rich, it is unequalled; it is unique.

"The same is true for what happens inside a being. His heart can become a priceless jewel that will seem colourless in the eyes of men. It conceals its treasures, which are not visible in this world, and yet this metamorphosis is the most beautiful, the most inspiring and unique, for it is of divine essence."
