Tests are never useless; each one, in its own way, builds on the foundations that are unique to each personality. Each step is crucial. Having a goal is important, and the highest is the search for the Divine – the eternal quest. The Spirit world is so vast that no human being can say what it is. The heart is the best guide in spiritual matters, as it does not deceive. The yearnings of the soul persist over time, and this thread runs through successive lives, reflecting the personality of each being. From one’s birth, the broad outlines emerge from the social environment and its characteristics. An incarnate being develops in a way that is the most suitable for achieving the goal. “Following a spiritual way like ours is an indication of a real longing for the Divine. Many detours may be necessary to find the true way – that which corresponds precisely to the milestones of destiny. But when the yearning for the Divine is there, the seeker is guided. Everything happens at the appointed time. It can take time to understand and then seize the opportunities that lead the human being on his or her own path. Each incarnation contributes to this sacred edifice which, in the final analysis, defies time. On Earth, everything is precarious. Beyond this world, life continues and pursues its path against all odds, according to plan – one which is inescapable. None build their lives exactly as they wish; the broad outlines are met, and there lies each person’s destiny. This is how it goes.”
