Why could you not catch us today? You just have to be on the wavelength of the transmitting source, as usual. It would be preferable for you not to get involved in disturbing conversations, just before our contact. The channel should not be jammed, as you know. You know how to clean the mind; it is only up to you to recover serenity.

"Plunge within and let yourself be carried towards luminous banks, this refuge where you can disregard turbulence and where your heart can catch written pages intended for you on the book of life.

"We leave these messages there, and you receive them in a state where time and your means of assessment do not prevail. We established this ritual at fixed hours, for most of our contacts, to make things easier for you. Your existence is regulated by precise schedules, to which we adjust ourselves in certain circumstances.

"The vibrations of thought really spread at a speed you cannot really appreciate. As for imagining how our contacts occur, that remains beyond the understanding of most humans, hence the difficulty of admitting to this process.

"May open minds fully benefit from the results of these many messages."

This sanctuary is only accessible to you. It is the guardian of your faith, carried by the breath of the Divine. Everything is worked out in its centre. It is the source of its love impulses, its songs melt in there and your soul is delighted.

"When life becomes heavy, it is good to take refuge therein. In this haven of peace, our dialogue starts.

"The echo of our voices resounds and you note down, word by word, what is written in you.

"This principle is always the same; it is renewed every time, providing you with joys and sometimes worries when your mind activities resume. We often rush you; you must adapt to our speech and meet our requests. It is in these circumstances that surrender overcomes everything.

"Without it, loving would not be enough. Love cannot ignore qualms.

"To us, human reactions are foreseeable and, under the circumstances, we must deal with them.

"Humans are born with embodied plans and until the end of their life they have to strive to overcome their tendencies.

"It is not easy to forget them, whatever the way followed.

"It is a long way which requires the greatest vigilance."
