Yes, my daughter, the wheel spins. India was not always a very poor country. Its present advantage resides in the concentration of a spiritual wealth that illuminates the world.

"Life is movement and is eternally repeating itself. All peoples knew periods of greatness, true greatness not being material wealth.

"Very brilliant civilisations, unequalled to date and in all sorts of domains, dominated the rest of the world.

"Entire continents have been engulfed, though this remains a fable for a lot of people closed to this kind of revelation.

"It does not matter; it is a fact, but one which is not taken into consideration in your present incarnation. You must manage it as best you can; you now know all the rules from which you cannot escape.

"It is up to you to act accordingly."

You have understood the true meaning of life. On this point, one can say that your incarnation is successful. You know what you must do and where you must go. A lot of your fellow creatures have not reached that point. Understanding how and why is an advantage, but one still has necessarily to go in the right direction. To hold one's course in spite of everything denotes great wisdom.

"In your tormented civilisations, a lot of human beings are totally confused and lose their sense of reality. All is artificial and misleading; you are constantly assailed by aggressive pictures and sounds.

"It is not easy in such conditions to keep one's balance.

"Inner peace is accordingly threatened by this dangerous pervading excitement. All is disconcerting for man who moves away from true values, as he is caught in this pseudo-culture.

"Wise men who manage to protect themselves are commendable.

"Nomads, who advance in the desert, have to fight against natural elements; they know what to keep to. They are not cut off from life, from this presence that lives in them and hardly puts up with the jumble of modern life.

"The true nature of each one can emerge, in spite of all, in this mad world.

"It is the challenge that today's man must take up."
