Spare yourself, my child. You know that your capabilities are limited, and in spite of your need to escape, you should strictly remain within your limits. Do not worry about the future; trust us. We watch over you like we do for all our children since the Mission is a big family; that is how we see it.

"These are not empty words, it is reality; even if we cannot resolve all your difficulties, we help you in our own way.

"You all are precious in our eyes. Some of you sometimes sink into despair. Struggling alone in this very difficult life is tiresome in many respects. We understand your going through these periods of lassitude. We too struggled; we suffered physically and morally; we know all the torments you are experiencing.

"This is why we follow you with tenderness and we help you as best we can. You all have our blessings."

Do not forget the symbol and especially the five-branched star. Remain connected with each other through the heart. Go beyond your differences, if any, at the human level; we do not see them. It is important for the future. We have insisted enough, you will understand one day.
