The universe is populated with planets of which some are inhabited. It is in those places where your evolution continues. Those places have different forms of life, undetectable by Earthmen in the current state of their knowledge.

"Fortunately, their technology has serious limitations; all these forays into space are sufficiently dangerous and harm a certain balance. Their dogged determination to explore and conquer will not stop by itself. Time will come when it will be necessary to put an end to this kind of conquest, as the means being used are devastating.

"Man wants to play at being the conqueror of space; he believes he is alone on the planet Earth, which is being closely monitored. Such terrible human tragedies – greater and greater – are taking place on it, without any effective means being envisaged to really remedy them.

"What would man go and do on another planet apart from reproducing the same systems, the same social misery he keeps dramatically spreading in his place? He is in utmost excess; we can only note these sad facts."

You may find our comments exaggerated, but we who have a complete view of what is taking place on the Earth, we have grounds for being dismayed. France, compared with other regions in the world, does not have too much to complain about for the moment. Please do not forget that in certain countries terror, famine and complete insecurity prevail. You are privileged people; do you really realise it?

"The Earth has entered a very harsh stage of its evolution. It must go through the torments that we have just mentioned. Let us not go any further for the moment. You must live in the present by keeping a positive view of things.

"However, one should not close one's eyes; you are men and women of this time and you must face up to things. All that happens to you in this life is within your capabilities. You are fortunate to have the recourse of faith; it is a great force.

"Continue to move on and to advance towards perfection; it is your salvation.

"Be blessed in all your undertakings and certainly do not have self-doubts if everything does not happen as you wish."
