Do not neglect your health. Your body is entitled to certain attentions. It is a precious vehicle which must be treated with care. You must consider with respect what was given to you even if you do not have an athlete's stamina and an iron constitution.

"To let you cope with this incarnation, everything has been well thought out, therefore, you should accept what you are physically, intellectually and socially. Everything contributes to putting you in real life situations to make you advance, especially if you cooperate.

"You should realise well that superiority, as such, does not exist, except on the surface. You should never over-estimate yourself in comparison with others. Each part of the puzzle has its own importance in the construction of the whole, nothing more; the smallest is indispensable to the whole. If you belong to the elite, rejoice moderately by considering well what we have just said.

"Play your part. You will be asked for explanations, or rather it is you who will provide them. Make sure that the scales are accurate and even.

"A head of state, a king, a fabulously rich industry tycoon is nonetheless a man like others, with his weaknesses – and let us hope he has a heart, a soul driven by true aspirations of going towards the celestial greatness." --The Uplift

We will not dwell on the differences in social classes; they are necessary. It takes all sorts to make a world. On the other hand, we will not revert to the fact that it is – for each one of you – a plan concerning your

evolution.

"As much as you can, help your brothers in difficulty; all this misery all over the world is insupportable, even if we know the profound reasons thereof. The mighty will never satisfy their thirst for more and more wealth. Some of them do help their fellow men; most of them continue to sink into a depressing karmic debt.

"You know the rules; they are subtle and terrifying in some respects, but right. Sooner or later, one's debts should be paid; it is the rule of the game and you knew it before even uttering your first cry here below.

"To a man who is not familiar with this way of seeing, there is injustice everywhere. He lays the blame on his human brothers, on God in whom he cannot believe, and he suffers thinking he is abandoned in this sad breeding ground. Some beggars are illuminated from inside and they bless all that move around them; they thank the Creator, they are wise men and you do not know it."
