Abhyasis have a prolific literature at their disposal; do they know it? Not really. Do they feed themselves with it? Do they try to apply some principles to their daily life? Very few aspirants do so. They try to play the game, to absorb our thought and to find in themselves the adequate answers.

"We intend, through these easy-reading messages, to mainstream this teaching into your daily practice by giving it a guiding line which you can rely on. That you can attend to your affairs while remaining connected to the Divine, no matter what happens, must be regarded as assuring you of safety, a means of keeping your equilibrium as well as inner peace.

"This feeling must give you the strength to go about your business. You know that within you lies the best, the unassailable, the immutable. This thought reassures you; it raises you above the turbulence of this world and gives you some lucidity.

"You see life differently; you understand why it is like that, whereas so many of your brothers curse it without understanding its purpose and what it really represents. There is no more mystery for you and, even if you do not grasp all its nuances, life appears less heavy to you; you manage to tame it, while continuing on your way with a heart full of hope and joy."
