Protect yourself from the stresses and strains of the external world, spare yourself; the main thing is to keep the course while remaining well centred. Rejuvenate yourself in the heart of silence; focus on the main thing, without departing from your usual line. Time is counted for you as it is for each living being on this Earth, and it cannot be made up for. When a life choice is made, one should better stick to it for one's personal blooming. By devoting one moment in the course of the day to spiritual exercises, the aspirant moulds himself harmoniously. His practice makes him stronger, less vulnerable in the face of tests that do arise during a lifetime. Nobody's process is test-free. The recourse of faith, broadened by a regular practice, reinforces the feeling of acceptance and, especially, one's awareness of an absolute necessity during an incarnation to go through all the states of souls inherent in this world. Only in this way, can the being mould himself and get stronger in the face of the unknown that awaits him here and elsewhere. All men are equal before these principles; no one can escape the law of God – which does not provide for any privilege. Each soul must acquire its true titles of nobility, beyond human judgement. God's justice is immanent, they say. It is. It exists from time immemorial and manifests itself in the most insignificant acts of life, without being recognised as such. The divine laws apply to every one, without any distinction. Graces also are not restrictive; they go where His kindness directs them, attracted by surrender, love and faith lying in man's heart."

Make sure that your heart becomes an unlimited space, completely available and accommodating the divinity, in purest joy. This objective is essential for you; you chose it deliberately, and it makes your life take on its full meaning. Each one of our aspirants is proceeding, they too, according to their deep convictions and at their own pace. We help them all, according to their personal request; the work being done by itself, shall we say, since the answer results from the call of the soul. We cannot force a heart; it must develop and be strengthened by an assiduous practice, thus benefiting from the divine energy that is transmitted to him. This purifying breath makes him grow and open up to reality. Love develops in him, little by little, as a logical result of this work, which opens new horizons to him. This process will follow him until the end of his life on the Earth. Perseverance, as a primary quality for the circumstance, will enable him to make good progress. He was ready, in this incarnation, to take the plunge and access a true process likely to make him move forward. Each one is geared towards what is suitable for him, and according to his progress. The process is long; evolution takes place slowly. Our way constitutes an important turning point in this process which benefits many souls, which in turn take along with them other souls seeking a favourable way out that will answer the call of the Divine."
