Make the most of this day when all is silent around you and therefore gives you the opportunity of greater meditation. The external noises are less aggressive. You are calm, serene, to adore your God in all quietude. The world that surrounds you is kept at a distance; your soul can let its scents waft out in peace. There is something good in this seventh day of the week; it makes it possible for one's day to be organised according to a different pace. Take all the necessary time to be listening to your Masters who keep working for the good of humanity. This moment of rest and peace allows faithful hearts to go to more devotion. It is so good – don't you agree – to feel your heart thus dilate with happiness, completely surrendered to the love that subjugates it! Man needs these moments of peace when he can find himself in the face of his true nature, that which is immutable.

"Rejuvenate yourself, my daughter, on this Sunday and assert your faith. It is your driving force, that which will not die, since it is given to you by this Almighty God who created you. Its energy is sublime and powerful, subtle and cannot be defined by the heart of man who feeds on it. When he has tasted this food, he cannot do without it any more. He becomes famished and more and more impatient to relish it. He seeks with eagerness the best way, that which will enable him to be united with Him, until the end of time."

Love, that love, embellishes everything. It haloes the brow of the most destitute; its laws are strict but fair, and transcend race and lifestyles. It is a being’s true happiness as it is safe and intangible. It is transmitted from life to life as a precious treasure; it is the heavenly hallmark of an offered heart. Blessed are those who possess it and express it wisely. There are many of them in our Mission; many of our aspirants are advancing in this way of love. Each one of them according to their aspirations finds in this practice that which suits them. Each one has their own degree of commitment and motivation, as well as their inclination to carry on while cultivating such a subtle energy within themselves. Everything is done in our Mission – in terms of teaching and practice – to lead the best of a being to reveal itself. The goal is there. A beautiful soul always ends up finding it, sometimes after many approaches, and torments of all kinds. Significant spiritual progress compels the seeker to lighten his burdens. Some burdens are particularly heavy, but all seekers deserve a chance of accessing a higher level of consciousness. We are working towards this while taking commitments and motivations into account. All are progressing, without exception. Such is the law which is based on an inescapable cosmic reality. Blessed are those who are advancing against all odds with a light heart that is ardent and confident in the greatness of the incarnate Master who is able to ease and embellish the subtle being in the noblest way. Unprecedented transformations are carried out in this context. This opportunity is granted to all. Blessed are the pure in heart – they shall see the light.”
