Let your heart become imbued with our presence; it awaits this moment that instils a kind of breath of fresh air into it. May we communicate similar euphoria to our readers who are also hungry for the Divine! The preparation for meditation does not require a mechanistic working of the mind, but only deep interiorisation, as well as a state of communion meant to favour it. Love, here, must be expressed freely, in utmost surrender. These moments are a privilege and are unique. The meeting with the One requires all your attention and your care to make it possible. Emptying one's mind, as much as possible, leaves room for the noblest feelings. The soul can thus express all its greatness; the soul feels it exists, happy to be able to adore Him with complete freedom. These moments of short happiness are a blessing; they deserve your attention as a way of fostering them. Make the most of these moments of calm being offered to you, during which you can devote yourselves to your sadhana with complete peace of mind; your inner being will come out of it reinvigorated and happy.

"Make sure you are able to lay down some rules to manage to escape this hectic world, as you see fit, where your true nature cannot find its place easily. One has to earn the privilege of being among the chosen ones. You are acting towards this prospect; be persevering and determined to overcome all the obstacles, which will enable you to reach the goal."

Enter into silence, absorb our energies; they open the secret door to that space where your heart goes into raptures. This often-repeated introduction facilitates a deep contact capable of generating the best. Such a thirst for the Divine, as manifested in these moments, brings the best to you in the course of the day. The spiritual being awaits these contacts; its thirst is great and leads it to act accordingly. Most of our brothers and sisters feel that appeal deep within themselves, away from human turbulences. Such a spiritual way is full of promise. Many of our abhyasis are advancing imperceptibly but irreversibly on the path they are following, which is capable of leading their innermost being on to the highest way, that which our faithful abhyasis aspire to. What we are proposing is not commonplace; it is a simple method, but in time it offers long-lasting fruits. Climbing a mountain is a long process, but the results can be staggering as the horizon reveals so many prospects. “The heart has its reasons, and in this area it is the safest guide. Choosing a living Master is a sign of wisdom; he knows that there will be convincing results that are more effective under his guidance. Such an incarnate Master holds the key – the key that is inevitably necessary to go beyond a simple approach, however deep it may be. A stage must be reached, one where the soul can ennoble itself and win over another space, so very promising. Laws cannot be circumvented; following them to the letter leads to bliss – which is the purpose targeted consciously, or not, by all of our brothers and sisters. “To all of them we wish excellence.”
