We illuminate your life, so you say. And you, by your love that has never failed with the passing of years, you make our heart happy. All such demonstrations coming from mankind support our action. This Earth is prey to black forces prevailing among men, sustaining all kinds of evils and maintaining them through vice and ensuing degradation – all at a deplorable level. Anything good emanating from man's heart is comforting for us who work for his liberation. It is not about judging, but it is only a sad observation: humanity is going through a relatively low phase of evolution. God is great; we do not despair of a radical transformation arriving in the future, which would make it possible to upgrade it to another vibratory level.

"Let us work together towards this prospect; the task is tough, but not hopeless. Many souls are opening to the divine life, dazzled by its splendour. Each one of them then leans with compassion towards those that are not at this stage in their evolution. By calling from the bottom of his heart for God's mercy, the mystic contributes to attracting His grace on this suffering humanity."

Are our brothers and sisters aware of the load of a spiritual Master? It does not seem so. His duties extend well beyond this world. Such a commitment is total; leading a Mission of this scale, as he is doing, requires a number of qualities in addition to those of the spiritual dimension. Sahaj Marg is growing and expanding across the world and it has only just begun. The Mission must be structured and strengthened at all levels and – especially – our brothers and sisters committed to service should refrain from developing an oversized ego. It does not serve our way at all – quite the opposite – and deeply harms their advancement. “Everyone is trying to do their best, but there are the manifestations of character. It is advisable to keep them in check and to ensure that certain behaviours do not hinder what is essential to their spiritual journey. Respect for the Master should prevail; faith and commitment are essential to overcome the many aspects discussed here. We trust all these people who are committed. We are helping them in more than one way and we make sure that everyone finds personal fulfilment in this long journey towards the goal. A spiritual Master must be respected, revered and loved in the most noble and the most beautiful manner possible. May everyone realise how our attention towards each brother and sister is great in every respect. May all our brothers and sisters advance in this way of love and divest themselves of anything useless.”
