It is necessary to put up well with the ill effects of age; I experienced them, what else can we do! You still have an area where everything keeps growing and becoming more attractive. This secret garden, hidden from inquisitive eyes, gives you many compensatory joys. Take refuge in it and dismiss regrets about things that do not exist any more. Other prospects are taking shape for you; they will not be subjected to the ravages of the years.

"Remain centred as much as possible on your inner process. See it as being pleasant at the utmost; let it bring you the subtlest joys that would erase your torments. You have this great luck; feel sorry for those who do not have this refuge, who ignore God and do not know that an elsewhere exists as an extension of this life, which they believe ends definitively with death. Thank God and the Masters who show you the way endlessly. It is open before you; nothing can repress your impulses, which do not depend on your physical form. The power of thought is great, you know it; it can build worlds. You should practise seeing this one better, and seeing the souls of your brothers rise joyfully. Organise yourself endless voyages to the spheres of the spirit where the divine power gives its best."

To do one's practice correctly, to love, to give thanks for the graces received, and to let oneself be carried by faith – this program is simple! Any of our aspirants sufficiently motivated to consider it as such can implement it. There is no mystery; on the human scale, things must take place like that. All this process, which takes place without their knowledge, intrigues them. Why know? It must be enough for them to be. Their understanding is limited; only the benefits of work operating in them matter. Man cannot go beyond his current understanding; he must put up with it. What matters for him is that he has gone past the stage of ignorance, where a majority of individuals are on this Earth. It is comforting for them to be able to stand at another level, more enlightened about their true nature, and having the means to rise, thanks to a practice resulting from a spiritual way inspired for the good of mankind and beings capable of seizing all its worth. The truth is there, in this wisdom which grows in them and which makes them become aware of the precariousness of their present existence and the need to go well beyond, while following their chosen guide."
