Your life is exactly as was planned even before it became effective on this Earth. You accepted the modalities of its course and it unfolds accordingly. Rejoice to be able to take advantage of all that was planned and to receive these messages, which we inspire in you each day. We often told you, life has surprises in store and so will it be until the end of your life here below; nothing is decided in advance and definitively. Each page turned calls for another one until the word 'end' appears in filigree on the great book of time. The web of destiny does not forget anything essential to the process of a soul. Its major aspiration is to turn to the sublime source from which it originates. Going past each wave and freshly taking heart, it advances seaward, knowing that it is undertaking its longest voyage. But serenity dwells in it; its force comes from the depths where the Divine Presence – attentive to its efforts, to its courage to conquer out of love the obstacles inherent in any life and which lead to victory – manifests itself."

Preserve your heart to serve us. Make sure you spare it, to save the best for it, so that it keeps listening to our voices without being disturbed. It should no longer let itself be affected by improper motives; has it not chosen to follow the most direct and simple way? Humans are unceasingly confronted with choices that are not always easy. Good sense must prevail, but they have to overcome so many fights and combats. Their following of a spiritual way helps them to hold course and more often than not to avoid the pitfalls. Each day brings its share of temptations. What is the point in fighting, our aspirants think sometimes. They sometimes happen to break off momentarily in their daily practice, but they feel the resulting emptiness and they set out again, more determined than ever, in pursuing their efforts. They grew weary of acting in a whimsical way; a little more rigour brings serenity to them. Following a spiritual way enlightens them; the more they advance, the more they realise the need to devote a moment in their day to this search that embellishes their life. It is no longer limited to the vagaries of this world; other prospects open up before them which comfort them and encourage them to continue."
