My daughter, we can understand the state that you are going through; many in your place would not manage as well as you are doing. You do – you serve us; you help your fellow man. Is this not gratifying? There are many reasons for your current states of soul. Each human being goes through similar difficulties at one time in his life. We also experienced difficult moments that, sometimes, could hardly be explained. They are inherent in human nature, in contradiction with itself because of undergoing opposite currents. Do not feel guilty for your reaction of yesterday; you endure a lot, hence your reaction. We are not torturers; have no fear about that. We will resume the course of our work, if you so wish."

All men are in the same situation; nobody can escape the rule that, sooner or later, they will be separated from their loved ones. These heartrending experiences are integral to the formative and necessary tests included in the redeeming cycles of reincarnation. Each one leaves this world at their specific hour; that is the way it goes. Well-hardened souls know how to pull themselves together after a deep sorrow, and lead their lives differently. Sometimes a test is enough to transform it [a life], to give it a very different meaning. Many of you have experienced it. The heart is subjected to attacks; its valiant nature makes it grow and gives it its nobility. Is there anything more beautiful than the face of a sage driven by grace and the love it [grace] produces in him? You know of these beings – out of time and everyday life, living inwardly a parallel and rich life far from human contingencies. They are on Earth only to testify to the divine manifestations. You should know how to pull yourself together when you go through these moments of deep melancholy; they are very useful to you when you turn to the Divine to overcome them."
