Regain your calm, my child. Conditions are not always conducive to these contacts. You need a certain mastery to make them happen. Man must follow his road, in spite of anything annoying that may arise. It is sometimes difficult to face up to the tests that existence has in store. Whatever their importance, he must pull himself together and try to overcome them by reassuming control of things. Hence the importance of faith, and a life plan conforming to it and likely to give him courage to overcome the events.
"There is much suffering on the Earth, and it is often unbearable. It takes much courage to not let oneself be driven into endless despair. There are levels of tolerance in these situations. The whole of humanity remains our concern.
"Think always of your brothers more unfortunate than you, who fight, who die of hunger and in all other ways inherent in this world. There is much misery; the cries and tears reach us and are not necessarily answered. On this day when your hearts are turned towards the Divine, make sure you beseech Him, so that humanity can advance on a way less dark, and freed from sufferings."
