In one's life, one must adapt to all circumstances. The same applies to our contacts whereby, as is the case today, one has to go beyond the established rules. The main thing is to be able to receive us by immersing yourself in this reserved space, and then the contact can be established, without the schedule changing the intensity of it. It is good to apply discipline to oneself, but some constraints can bend it. The door is not closed, far from it. This waiting gives you a very strong aspiration to isolate yourself and to join us. You see how a mere delay can create a sense of emptiness; can you imagine if you were deprived of our contacts? The single fact of meditating deeply soothes the subtle being that aspires to feast itself on the Divine. Could your life make do with its daily monotony without this time slot reserved for it [subtle being] and whose delight has become necessary for it? It would lack an essential component that is an integral part of the course of your days. To remain deprived of meditation would be tantamount to a lack of oxygen, which is essential to the life of the physical body, for you and those who follow us assiduously ."
