Life is like a big competition with its defeats and its victories. The two aspects are interesting; it is enough to be clear-headed and, in both cases, to know how to draw the necessary conclusions. The positive aspects resulting from this are enlightening. Wisdom cannot be earned easily; the repeated series of tests transforms the being and helps him to advance on this way, when they are well understood. They can develop faith or dismiss it, according to the state of the heart.

"Life is very educational for those who actually wish to see it like that. A deeply felt faith gives life a halo of greatness and acceptance, which places it in a very different context. Each test takes on a special meaning, when it is well understood. It is not easy to live surrendered; leading this struggle over oneself, the soul grows richer and by accepting the defeat, it comes out of it with increased stature. Everything is put in place towards this end. When the stakes are worth it, everything is accomplished for the good. A higher being benefits from all experiments, good or bad; it can find its bearings thanks to its characteristic discernment. Each situation is specifically useful. How will it be lived? That's the question. It is enough to try to hold course, against all odds."
