These messages convey more than ideas and suggestions: it is up to you to understand it and to get the measure of it in your hearts. They [hearts] are the targets of this teaching and they are the ones reacting according to their own predispositions to feel it. On the occasion, you propose and they dispose. In this spiritual process, part of this work escapes your control. You answer to needs, to a necessity for your higher being, the reality of which you cannot know. Your aspiration to rise guides you; you answer it favourably; and by its intensity it urges you to act, to go to great pains to repeat each day the same process, which becomes second nature, building your life. You act under the effect of this strong attraction that imposes itself on you. Your higher self maintains its requirements, which take more and more space. Having reached this stage of evolution, it guides your life. In a way, you release yourselves from materiality and a restrictive humanity. It is good that the best of you gets the upper hand and imposes its law on you. Our way answers this request, therefore it only remains for you to practise as well as possible; you will find peace. This profound satisfaction will enable you to face up to the vagaries of this incarnation, under the most favourable conditions."
