Life is a process of constant renewal; you progress with the passing days and this repetition seems normal to you. It has its own usefulness in all areas: especially in our comments. We try to diversify them, but we are confronted with the need to repeat ourselves. For his own development, man needs – on all levels – the same movements, as well as food which he cannot do without and which he must assimilate each day. His spirit, also, needs to be nourished according to its personal aspirations and tendencies.
"Tirelessly, he must start again doing the same things: this is peculiar to human nature. In this aspect, equality is inevitable; without this imposed pace, there would be complete anarchy. Each one of these repetitions enriches man and moulds his personality. He needs to drink from the same sources. Whether they are material or spiritual sources, his life depends on them. Therefore, you should bless this ceaseless movement, which wearies you sometimes. It is the driving force of your life; your energy is renewed at this source. The same applies to your abhyas, which maintains the flame in your hearts."
