Your path is difficult, but the light is at the end of it; never lose sight of it. "Do not give up in your practice; do not lose heart, my daughter. Think of all these messages you have taken down and that will be one day a great comfort to the heart of wounded men. They will find therein answers about the meaning of their life. Even if we cannot go beyond a certain limit, these writings are sufficiently rich in various aspects for them to understand and admit the principle of these incarnations on Earth. Our way can help them; the method is simple and accessible to all. It is enough to want it and to try hard in one's practice, conscientiously. You are not requested to make efforts incompatible with your daily life, but only to persevere [in your practice] by complying with the rules. With time, you will be able to measure the effects produced inside yourself and the changes brought about therein.
