Don't underestimate yourself as you do. Accept at least the recognition of your work. The value of a human being is beyond all worldly considerations. Birth, financial standing, and degrees are temporary and factitious assets, related to the present incarnation. They do not mean anything more but attributes without real value, except for placing the entity [concerned] under circumstances conducive to the experience awaiting him.

"Man is such a small thing; why should he take himself so seriously and claim that the favourable circumstances where he can move happen through his own doing? If his pride incites him to crush his fellow creatures with his purported superiority, then he is completely wrong. He has initially to cure himself of a weak point in his nature, which is a hindrance to his evolution.

"Become well aware of this smallness: you are not superior to any of your fellow creatures. Keep a rigorous check on yourself: who are you to judge and consider you are better, more intelligent and more gifted than your fellow creatures?

"Instead, thank fervently for being privileged in this life, if such is the case. You don't know what the next life holds for you, so be humble towards your brothers."
