Each day spent in our service makes you grow. In your case, this is done in difficult circumstances and we appreciate your characteristic tenacity. In the divine service there is no room for laxity; it requires constancy in effort, which must itself be supported by love. Thus this availability is not burdensome; it fills the heart with a profound joy. Serving under duress is not gratifying; we require nothing like that of our aspirants, who willingly offer their service. Some beings are chosen very specially, they are free to comply; we do not force anything on anybody. You all who help us to build solid foundations for our Mission, you are taking part in the Great Work. There are many ways of committing oneself; there is no need for showy actions for that. Whatever you do within this Mission, your position is not negligible. That you are following us steadfastly and with faith makes you already play one of the best roles. The Mission is a whole and you are a major element, don't forget it."
