My dear daughter, in a spiritual process, it is love that counts most. It compensates for many failures. It is like a flame constantly burning in a lantern used to light the way. How can one see clearly without it? This special light makes it possible to advance without fear, the bumps on the way being henceforth visible and avoidable. We will never insist enough on this point: love, love ever more.

"Let your heart open out truly. Give it a chance, open the floodgates, and do not leave any barrier intact. We have already told you: you must arrive at this. There is a time in the sadhana when it is imperative to let one's heart speak. It is the master, in a way; it must impose its law in this special area. Its impulses foster your take-off. Let yourself be carried away, glide above Earthly contingencies.

"Your meditation is a special time; it must make you grow stronger and reassured on your capabilities to empty your mind sufficiently, to devote yourself to this special communion which elevates your soul."
