As you can see, love does save you from any situation; instinctively you have come and taken refuge in it. It is the cure capable of soothing your heart when the body torments you and you cannot see any way out.

"It is man's sole recourse when all seems lost, and both hope and courage have abandoned the place. God awaits only that [love] to manifest himself and stimulate the flame which burns in hearts. In these moments, He grants his grace like a father distressed about the fate of his child. Sadhana prepared the place, which quivers under such accents. This sublime voice touches the right chord, which vibrates with happiness and joy for a moment. The test is there, it must be endured, but it makes one's existence greater, since the divine seal will leave its trace on it. Call love always; it cannot be disappointing, it is given to mankind to illuminate their life."
