You are not an exception; the faults that you criticize yourself for are commonplace. The human being tends towards perfection; but he must fight until the end with what you call your failings. If you were perfect, you would have your head in the clouds. You must remain anchored in this world and face up to all the difficulties which arise, while keeping out of reach that which is beautiful in you.

"Living on this Earth is not easy; the Masters also have to fight against their own nature, believe me. Nothing is simple; it is precisely what makes for the richness of an incarnation. It is the ideal means to advance. It is necessary to comply with the rules of the game, if one wants to honourably manage to get out of a path fraught with obstacles. Each one of them compels you to face up to your responsibilities. How will you proceed? In all conscience you know what you must do. It is about sticking well to that and not letting oneself be carried away by regrettable reactions.

"Reflect one moment in the face of each situation which deserves your attention and try to keep your self-control: this is what we wish you."
