No, you are not hopeless; stop belittling yourself all the time. It is very commendable of you to manage to receive our messages in spite of the health state you are in, especially for some time now. You are doing a very good job with which we are more than satisfied. We want to spare you; that's all. We have to do so, since you are not reasonable.
