The Medium: "Babuji, make me serve you correctly."
You do it; this activity, to a certain extent, has nothing to do with what your body is enduring. My dear daughter, don't be sad to see them leaving. They are going towards their destiny. They will manage to be active in the good sense of the word; they will not fritter their time away and will devote themselves to what is important. They know very well how to put things in perspective; they have enough good sense for that. We use the capabilities of each one for the good of the Mission and the good of all. We are born not only with a program to follow, but also with necessary qualities to achieve it. We all have a specific role to play; a society, ranging from a dictator to a homeless person, operates like that.
"In the Mission, there is necessarily an organizational structure, with a division of tasks to be carried out, either in the material, or in the spiritual domain, both being the keystone of the building. Activities related to these two planes are important: cooks, accountants, preceptors, secretaries and other functions contribute to the harmonious running of a seminar and the life of this society in general. We have already alluded to an ant hill, what could be more beautiful than this organization which works wonderfully, each one them [ants] having its place and a well defined function as important as that of the neighbour's! Just like them, [you should] be exceptionally advanced and brilliant ants. Isn't the creator of all things brilliant too?"
