We want to assure you that the investment is good, in terms of the person whom you know. He has been prepared for a long time; you felt it when you saw him in Augerans for the first time. His wife and he form a couple that will possibly serve us in the future, if they so wish. If such is the case, they are expected to do a lot for the Mission. It will take some time before all this takes place. They are among the future good elements of the Mission, which we will need so much. We will see how they will evolve.

"There are many people of goodwill, but we will be increasingly selective. The future preceptors and persons in charge will have to meet a certain number of criteria and to fulfil their functions with discernment. In addition to a nice spiritual career, they must have appropriate speech capabilities, the intelligence of the heart and the required psychological pattern to know how to listen to others. All these qualities cannot be obtained just like that. More and more we will need to have the best ones. There are choices to be made to prepare the future of the Mission by establishing, as of now, an adequate organizational structure with a strong team that will enhance it.

"You see, my daughter, the complexity of this set-up. My son has a heavy responsibility; he is acting with an amazing strength. He must set up all the systems, which we have just mentioned, to answer increasingly growing needs. All will be done at the appropriate time; it is written in the great book of humanity."
