Many things must change in the ashram. It should be restructured and confidence must be restored. The way human groups operate is not easy. This ashram has a special vocation. It should be a place to go to on a regular basis and commune with oneself. It's somewhat as if a flame were to be maintained in there on a regular basis—a place of devotion in the heart of the city, a sort of sanctuary, and a place different from Augerans whose vocation is to organize big seminars. Are abhyasis able to understand that, and to overcome all their small personal, egotistic and egoistic reactions? Nobody is perfect; you should all be linked to each other by 'love'. When will you regard yourselves as a big family, respecting the characteristics of each person and seeing only the good aspect in your brother, the perfectible one? Instead of your dwelling always on the failings of others, actively fight against your own, and the situation will improve.

"Do you really want that, want to see this ashram growing and shining forth in Master's love? Our blessings are on you all, particularly on those who are actually willing to make this imposing effort for the development of the Mission.

"Think well of this proposal."
