Your physical body is a temporary vehicle which you must put up with. It is precious in many respects, which we do not need to insist on, and which add to its role in, and support to, the being's progress and evolution. All that is offered by life is useful, in this regard, and every detail is precious. All one has to do is to pay attention to it well and to derive from it the necessary conclusions. It is not about luck or bad luck; everything has its own justification and does not result from a meaningless lottery.

"The candidate must become well aware of all the aspects associated with his existence on Earth and benefit from them. In this context, the concept of surrender is critical. Any life is full of a wealth of elements corresponding to the karma of the being that is reincarnated to fulfil his pledge. Acceptance is a wise counsellor; that is the best attitude, and it gives strength and wisdom. Rebelling is a negative attitude and is an experience that can also lead to more perceptiveness. The spiritual practice leads the spirit to all these aspects unless they were already acquired. Our way gives serious assets in this area. Advance towards God also entails understanding mechanisms that govern the progress. They can appear complicated to the beginners, but with time, light appears in the spirits and all becomes clearer on the itinerary to be followed."
