Your world is doing very badly, I am not telling you anything new. The population never reached such a density in some countries of Earth.
"This concentration of individuals, and their way of life, results in behaviour being exacerbated. The warlike instinct of a category of individuals manifests itself in great strength, aggravated by the extreme materialism shown by these so-called advanced civilizations. Urban violence is the result of an education system, of which television is part, that doesn't confine itself to an entertaining or educational role, but thrills minds towards sinking in all that leads human beings to ruin.
"Our views are not retrograde; they indicate a fact of life that is not good. Points of light should emerge more and more on this Earth, even though these gleams seem to get lost in these artificial lightings that bombard human beings in big cities. Too many excesses of all types will lead this civilization into a dangerous deadlock. This escalation has become unverifiable and impossible to modify, even through very common sense decisions.
"The movement is irreversible and should reach extremes to stop by itself. It would be time for governments to be aware of this reality."
