Dreams can be premonitory and edifying, but in most cases, interpretations thereof are of doubtful validity, because of man's limitations, which we usually underline here. Better not venture too much into mazes, which no human being in his present state of evolution can really make out. Spiritual practice makes it possible to better know oneself and manage one's emotions.

"The psychological fragility which develops in your societies is due to a way of life not in line with man's equilibrium, as man is grappling with many sorts of—and very insidious— pollution. That imperceptibly modifies his behaviour and over this century the way he behaves will be completely shaken up. Spiritual elevation will be an invaluable recourse toward preserving his equilibrium. In your countries, the way of life is particularly destabilizing and worrying for the mental health of human beings. They cling on to so many misconceptions that they are completely lost. All structures of social life are to be reconsidered at the risk of generating a mad world.

"Only the spiritual will be able to save it and make it see reason again, i.e., adopt an ethics of healthier life and turn resolutely to true values."
