My dear son,

"Indications that we gave you are not useless, they will serve you. As for the topic that you have submitted to us, there is no major objection. It is a well-considered and judicious act for the establishment of the Mission in India, which will know a very big development in the future. The bases for this project are solid and elaborate. We agree on this principle that will be a legal protective means against the malevolent actions that may take place in the times to come. We inspire you so that a maximum of protections be taken in this respect.

"Try everything possible to protect the edifice that will have to face serious hitches; but do not be afraid, parries will be found to cope with them.

"All our best wishes for your enterprises: these ones and the following ones to which you should pay all your attention, as you always do. You are very rigorous in tackling problems and trying to solve them. You have all our blessings, my dear son. We hope we have thus met your expectation."
