Each day of life is an opportunity given to man to build himself humanly and especially spiritually. We have said this enough, but how many of them are focused on this requirement? One cannot make up for lost time; most of our brothers are aware of that and apply themselves actively in their process, driven by a powerful inner appeal.
"The opportunity to progress is provided to them with the best means possible. How much time do they devote to their practice? Will they persevere throughout their existence? They are free to act, our way is not sectarian, and it does not impose. It suggests regularity in one's practice, and a sufficient personal commitment, to obtain the best results. This aspect is to be considered: each one is possessed of free will, and is not judged, lectured to, or made to feel guilty. Our goal goes well beyond such principles, prevailing elsewhere, unfortunately.
"The fear of a human authority does not come within our remit. The abhyasi is before himself, his conscience and God. He trusts in his Master, his guide here below, who opens up the way for him and lights his quest, offering him a teaching and a considerable spiritual support.
"Our aspirants cannot appreciate the true value of his work, but they have some feeling of an important help transforming their spiritual life. By responding to this work with an unfailing perseverance, they make their way towards the redeeming light. We are also helping towards that. All are blessed."
