Outside the disturbing bustle of these men losing their way in actions imbued with resentment and hatred as evidence of malaise, there are other values that could embellish their life and help them look at it objectively. It is not easy for human beings grappling with life's difficulties of this existence, to always be able to put things in perspective through some reasoning. They are often misled by politics instead of being enlightened. They follow ideas and slogans that often lead them into senseless actions.

"Try to keep calm amid these noises, which are mere street noises and not gunshots. Memories are persistent. They remain entrenched in the mind and come back unexpectedly. Isolate yourself by letting this contact absorb you. It defies Earthly time and this gross vibration, which misleads human beings in their lifelong search of a balance and happiness, without realizing that long-lasting ones cannot be found in this world.

"A period of peace and purity is offered to you through this profound meditation capable of transforming man's heart. However, so many men do not know it and they hopelessly seek in the outside, that which is within them.

"Let us constantly strive towards making this truth obvious for human beings; there will be no respite beforehand."
