Let your heart give free rein to its joy. It will thus be propagated in the consecrated space containing already your benchmarks, so that this communion is largely profitable and makes you for a while forget your sufferings. The physical body is the being's outlet, making it awaken to itself. The progress of a soul entails going through all the states of consciousnesses specific to its elevation. The successive incarnations in this world reveal this fact.

"The machinery of life cannot be easily defined and understood by man, he not having access to these secrets. He must content himself with grasping some signs of it that are accessible to him. He may not be happy with a simple approach in small touches such as ours, yet it opens him up to considerable prospects. Wisdom as well as the capacity to interiorize himself will clear the way corresponding to his evolution. Being able to define one's position is a good start; enough elements are given here to this end.

"The work carried out in our way reveals progress which can be made by a sincere searcher, well centred in his practice and who also feeds on teachings provided to him. He should not be timid in his process; the results obtained will be determined by his commitment.

"Nothing is obtained easily, we must insist once again on this aspect. Some of our brothers think that it is enough to go through the door of the Mission and spectacular effects occur straightforwardly. It is up to them to experience what they have to and especially to understand that easiness cannot bear the expected fruits. Everything in its own time! Aspirants who were very dilettante when they started, eventually got to the stage of deeper and hence fruitful commitment.
