If what you are saying about our importance in your life is true, how can you be so sad and discouraged? Your physical sufferings are not new. Therefore, please do not let yourself be overwhelmed by these reactions about television programmes in which we are reportedly mentioned through belittling comments. That is life; you were not born yesterday and you know that human beings can easily be unsettled by any rumour and relish resulting situations.

"Meditate, my child; nothing lasts forever. One day, these media will turn to other topics, when they have exhausted all the aspects of this one and the public opinion will have become tired of it.

"Humans are unstable and changing. They can turn against what they held dear, or discover what they criticized strongly, without valid and justified reasons. That is how man is: he talks about our exerting mental manipulation whereas he is the first to let the gutter press and public opinion, lacking in sound judgement, manipulate him.

"Please, regain joy in that which consists in loving and serving us, without worrying about the fickleness and lack of discernment of your neighbour. Your earthly life is not eternal. When you are freed from your chains, you will come and rejuvenate on the celestial, green and flowered meadows, as you like them.

"Be patient, my daughter; everything happens just at the right moment. We give you all our love and attention, you are not alone, as you believe, and this life of unrest is momentary. Remain confident and keep hoping for better days, for you and for the Mission.

"We are with you, never forget it."
