Do not feel afflicted by all these events concerning the Mission. This campaign is not justified as far as we are concerned. These television programmes are misleading and do much harm in this country. They do a disservice to our members, who don't harm anybody and are striving to rise spiritually; that is their wrong in the eyes of a category of individuals, who will do anything for a television audience.

"It is necessary for the Mission in France to let this painful period go by and wait for better days. This society is depressing; it is getting into more and more violence, lust and dishonesty and set against men and women who don't harm their fellowmen.

"Humankind is disconcerting. We are deeply saddened by this reality, but unfortunately we cannot change this world which, while progressing in some way, is grappling with terrifying powers, difficult to counter.

"Keep on praying constantly for the planet Earth, which is the object of all our attention. But this world cannot change easily: its negativity must manifest itself until the end of the present cycle so that it will change and start a new era."
