Our dear Kamlesh has now settled down perfectly in his role as a spiritual Master. He is working with ease and competence in all aspects. We are grateful to him for that. This spiritual way is so dear to us; it meets our expectations with respect to the results obtained and the good it will continue to provide in the future. It will significantly expand worldwide and will bring many benefits into a situation that is so very troubled and difficult to bear on many levels. Interiorisation, and particularly meditation on the heart, allows one to be divested of unnecessary aspects and to bring the subtle vibrations of the whole being back into balance. All the pervading disturbances disrupt the different bodies. Meditation as practised in Sahaj Marg is soothing in more respects than one. “The complexity of the human body is not yet grasped as it should be. The time for that will come; everything is so slow on Earth. We cannot change anything about this. Only time will allow the affirmation of truths that are not yet understood today. What matters for our brothers and sisters is to progress according to their personal inclinations and spiritual expectations. That our abhyasis are aware of the need to progress in this area testifies to a real aspiration for the Divine. Growing and going further into the unique discovery of one’s Self is the most beautiful achievement of a human being in this incarnation. This incarnation prepares for the ones that follow and for what they will bring to a being’s long cycle of personal evolution.
